DMCA Policy

"¢Ã¬Ãƒ«Ã‚®Ãƒ¼ Æ€§ Ç–¾Æ‚£ à ¨ à ¯" respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we will respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement that are reported to our designated copyright agent.

This policy outlines the information required to submit a notification of alleged infringement and the procedures for a counter-notification.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content hosted on "¢Ã¬Ãƒ«Ã‚®Ãƒ¼ Æ€§ Ç–¾Æ‚£ à ¨ à ¯" infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the DMCA by providing our designated Copyright Agent with the following information in writing (please consult your legal counsel or see 17 U.S.C. Section 512(c)(3) to confirm these requirements):

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed: Provide a sufficiently detailed description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
  2. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing: Provide specific information sufficient to permit "¢Ã¬Ãƒ«Ã‚®Ãƒ¼ Æ€§ Ç–¾Æ‚£ à ¨ à ¯" to locate the material. This includes the URL(s) of the specific content alleged to be infringing.
  3. Contact Information: Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. Statement of Good Faith Belief: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. Statement Under Penalty of Perjury: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  6. Physical or Electronic Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our designated DMCA Agent. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may reinstate the content in question. Please consult your legal counsel or see 17 U.S.C. Section 512(g)(3) to confirm these requirements. Your counter-notification must include the following:

  • Identification of the material: Identify the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
  • Statement Under Penalty of Perjury: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Consent to Jurisdiction: Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which "¢Ã¬Ãƒ«Ã‚®Ãƒ¼ Æ€§ Ç–¾Æ‚£ à ¨ à ¯" may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
  • Physical or Electronic Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.
